  This business is going through ownership transition. In the process, they were not straight forward about the status of our items or when they could be delivered. They gave us the run around for a while. When we cancelled the order, we were also given the run around and made us wait almost a month for the refund. One of the employees (Ali) was rude; the other one, Bob, was very patient and tried to do his best, but couldn't come up with an efficient solution. Wasted a lot of our time, very frustrating.

  We purchased a new dishwasher from AAO. Great, low stress experience. Pricing was reasonable, salesperson worked with us on some quirky requests. Install was done quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend.

  I have never been so frustrated or utterly disgusted with a company’s customer service. We bought 3 high end appliances from AAO and every single one has had an issue of which we are having difficulty resolving. I would absolutely steer clear from this company.

  We were looking for a 48" gas range for our kitchen remodel. After extensive research, both online and locally, we found the best deal at AAO. We bought a Bertazzoni at a price that was better than anywhere else. Even our contractor was impressed. I would highly recommend them.
