  Rented a tuxedo for a wedding. The fitting step was fine. Picked up and test fit at store where everything looked fine from what I could see in their mirror. Salesman said everything looked good from the back. Upon wearing at wedding someone pointed out that the pants were messed up in the back where I couldn't see. Basically it had an extra full length crease pressed into the pants a couple inches away from the correct crease on one of the pant legs. Upon returning the tuxedo to the store, I pointed out this flaw to the salesman. The response from the salesman was that it was my fault because I didn't catch it when I tried the tuxedo on when I picked it up. I was really just expecting an acknowledgement, maybe even an apology. I was not expecting to have the blame immediately shifted to me. Bottom line: Poor quality pressing and improper salesman attitudes.
