  My experience with Home Paramount was okay while I was a resident, but once I converted it to a rental unit, support from them was pretty terrible. Their "inspections" were minimal (at best), and by the time I sold my property, termites had infested my foundation to the point of requiring foundational repair. When my property manager tried to contact them about the matter, they clammed up and refused to answer any of his (or anyone else's) calls. I was ready to initiate dispute resolution via Virginia Pest Management Association (VPMA), when I learned that Home Paramount is not a member, and so I have no recourse. Somehow, I'm not surprised.... Avoid this company at all costs. Sure, they're inexpensive, but you'll pay for it in the long run.
