  I recently had a very unpleasant shopping experience. Before I went to the store, I did my homework. I know which one I wanna try, and which one I wanna buy. I went to the store, and sales from other department helped me for the purchasing process. Then I asked him how much was the installation. He asked his manager, the manager told us it's about 140 dollars. So we decided to do it on our own. Then, they told us the shipping fee is 99 dollars. I was surprised that because it's free online. So I told them that, on the website, it's free. Then the manager told me that I have to use Sears' credit card to get free shipping. Then we left. The manger is not professional at all. He is not honest. I went home, the shipping is free. the installation is 69.99 dollars. I felt so angry.
