  We had a problem with or refrigerator leaking water. Steve worked with me and was able to come out the same day to meet my schedule. He is very honest, almost bluntly. He looks out for your best interest by letting you know if something is like covered by the Manufactirer's warranty or if not what companies may still replace/repair your appliance when it's out of warranty. On the job he showed me where the problem was and how he was going to fix it. He also showed me other problem areas that I should keep an eye on. On a side note It's too bad Google can't filter out some of the phoney bad reviews when people create multiples. We had a great experience with Steve and I hope you do too.
